Every so often, someone or another may uncover some new technology. This is where the academies will fight over it to see which it will be added to!
Note: If you are from the losing academy in a battle over technology, you CANNOT use it unless you sneak in and try, which will most likely result in you getting caught.

The magic of the school barely reaches this part of Serafina, so don't be surprised if you feel weaker. This place is popular among gangs and dark creatures. Not a good place for students, but the bold ones are welcome to try their luck.
